DJI Ronin
The DJI Ronin is a 3-Axis stabilized handheld gimbal system, designed for professional filmmaking and footage capture.. This is the full size Ronin and can support up to a 16 lb camera package. This allows for shooting with small DSLR's up to a RED or Alexa mini. It has three operating modes as well as a 2nd operator controller for maximum flexibility. Balancing is a surprisingly easy task and other settings can be adjusted on the fly in the DJI App.
The DJI Ronin is offers smooth, stable footage in a variety of situations. Use the Ronin as a dolly, for a unique long take though various terrain, or even as an aerial gimbal. The possibilities are endless.
Additionally, the Ronin to be mounted almost anywhere via the universal quick release plate. Mount it to an ATV, Camera Car, Picture Car, on a crane, or use it on a tripod as a remote PTZ camera. It can even be adapted for use with a steadicam vest and arm.
Comes with gimbal, stand, remote, and battery.
Optional accessories include: Arm extensions, extra battery, and thumb joystick.

**Please note: The Ronin, even with a small camera package, can become quite heavy to operate over time. We recommend hiring an experienced operator who is used to the system and weight. You may also want to rent a camera support system such as an easy rig. The steadicam vest and arm on this website is available and can be used as a support system. Also, the ronin is a professional camera gimbal and should be approached as such. Perfect smooth shots take time and skill to achieve. Again, hiring an experienced operator is recommended. If you are inexperienced with the Ronin or similar gimbals and are not hiring an experienced operator, please give yourself a minimum of one day with the system to familiarize yourself with balancing and practice technique.
